About Mark Sanders
Mark is a fully-trained and experienced fitness trainer and massage therapist. He is patient, motivated, imaginative and enthusiastic about his work. For over 30 years he has an all-round passion for sport and a strong commitment to health and fitness.
During extensive periods of travel abroad Mark studied yoga and experienced many different complimentary treatments which introduced him to the physical and psychological benefits of massage.
On his return to the UK, Mark pursued a career in personal training and is now a fully qualified Pilates trainer, personal trainer as well as a Sports, Swedish and Thai massage practitioner.
He has 12 year’s experience as a fitness trainer and massage therapist. Mark is a full member of REPS: the Register of Exercise Professionals and CThA: Complimentary Therapist Association.
